![]() * Stocks/restocks items on line according to specifications. * Assists with pre-bussing soiled dishware, utensils, and glassware prior to delivery of each course. * Returns the lids and trays to the kitchen. * Ensures food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner. * Ensures that each order’s plating and presentation meets the standards set for the specific food item. * Readies the food items for server pick up by verifying the ticket with server's name and ensuring that the order matches exactly with the ticket instructions. * Performs a quality control check to ensure food items meet the standard set for taste and temperature. * Rotates inventory including breads, condiments, consumables and perishables. ![]() The Fine Dining Expediter will work closely with all culinary and front of house (FOH) team members to ensure that food is delivered to the guests in a timely manner and according to the menu and guest specifications. ![]()
